What's actually included in the system?
A niche-specific WordPress website, a white-labelled CRM with 14 pre-built automations, and a branded iOS + Android mobile app — plus Alchemie Academy.
Can I integrate my existing tools?
Yes for most major tools. Often the goal is to retire them — but during transition we run side-by-side.
Do I get to keep my website?
Yes — outright. We hand over the WordPress install whenever you ask.
Is the CRM really white-labelled?
Yes. Your domain, your colours, your logo. Members and clients never see "Alchemetry" or the underlying platform.
Pricing
Is $697 inclusive of GST?
For Australian customers, yes. International customers pay USD$697 net.
What's the founding-member offer?
First 25 members pay $497/mo for life. We close the offer when we hit 25 — currently 14 spots taken.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — 10% discount. Most members start monthly and switch at month four.
Are there setup fees?
None for founding members. After that, $497 once-off if migration is needed.
Onboarding
How long until I'm live?
Roughly four weeks from discovery call to launch.
How much of my time does it take?
About four hours total across the four weeks. We do the rest.
What if I don't have brand assets?
We'll generate a starting palette and type system from one of the twelve archetypes.
Cancellation & ownership
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing, 30 days notice. We don't do annual lock-ins.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Full CSV export of contacts, conversations, invoices and notes. Website hands over in WordPress format.
Who owns the content I create?
You do. Always. We don't licence your client list or your IP back to you.
