Alchemetry is a monthly subscription. Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month. The first 25 founding members are billed at the founding rate ($497) for the lifetime of an unbroken subscription.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Pro-rata refunds are not provided, but service continues to the end of the paid period. We do not require a reason and we will not try to win you back.
You own your website outright, including content, code customisations and hosted media. On cancellation we hand over the WordPress install via SFTP and a database export within 14 days.
The CRM and mobile app are licensed for the duration of your active membership. On cancellation we provide a complete CSV export of contacts, conversations, invoices and notes.
You retain IP in your content. We retain IP in the platform, templates and Academy curriculum. Limited license granted to use templates in your business.
No illegal content, no harassment, no spam. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this in serious or repeated cases.
We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 7 days ahead. Emergency maintenance: as needed, with status updates at status.alchemetry.studio.
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in NSW courts unless required otherwise by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
